I’m using Weaver Xtreme Pro on WordPress 4.5.1.  I want to upload audio files of more than 2 mb.  WP forum says change the max file size in php.ini.  I don’t see that file in the editor pages.  You guidance is much appreciated.

This is not theme related, or even WordPress related. It is PHP related.

It will require interaction with your hosting account. Sometimes you can edit the upload limit via your cPanel or other interface, sometimes you have to talk to your host’s tech support.

You may or may not have to touch php.ini – that is not usually a good idea unless you know what your are doing. However, there often is a control panel that lets you change PHP settings via a dialog box. If not, call your hosting support.

This is a question better answered by your host provider.
Or you can go to the File manager of your host provider Cpanel and search from there, starting with the root directory.
