Weaver X plus Flex Columns

I have used this widget for years and I LOVE IT.

I would add the widget short Code plug-in and then create the columns I needed, then use that short code in my page.  It just helps everything line up better when things are giving you issues.  Example I am having trouble getting some blocks of text to line up, this did the CSS for me and that is awesome.

Widget Shortcode by Hassan Derakhshandeh plug-in is no more.  Does anyone have any ideas how I use it without the Widget Short Code option?

If it is to insert in content, Xtreme has a Widget area shortcode that you may be able to use.

Crete a new widget area using the per page widget area box in “Sidebar and layout”, then place the flex widget in it, then insert that widget area with the shortcode.

Alternatively, the Block editor allows you insert a widget block, that said, I am not seeing the weaver widgets in the list of widget block.

@weaver, would it be possible for all Weaver Widgets (extra menu, flex columns etc….) to be available in the list of widget blocks?

Weaver Widgets do show up now with the Classic Widgets view. Don’t know about the block widget view.

@weaver what i am speaking of, if when you are editing a page content with the block editor. When you click + to add a block, you can open a list of all the blocks arranged in categories, and one category is the widget category that shows the WordPress widgets.

The goal is to be able to add a block in a page content, and select one of the weaver widgets for it

I think that w0uld require specific block editor support to be added to widgets, and that is not in the “time budget” at the moment.
