Slider does not show captions on mobile

On the home page of this site:  http://www.cscmpchicago.org/   I have a carousel slider that shows 7 slides (there are only 7 slides so the slider doesn’t move, but that works for me).

All the slides have captions which show on desktop, but disappear on mobile.

Using Weaver Xtreme and Weaver X Plus.

They disappear on phones, and it is by design done by the rule below

@media screen and (max-width:580px){.atwkslider .atwk-title,.atwkslider .atwk-title-overlay,.atwkslider .atwk-caption-overlay,.atwkslider .atwk-caption{display:none}}

If you don’t want them to disappear, add the rule with display:block
