    I have tried to create a mega menu.   I added a custom link with # as the URL.  The Description box and css box does not appear, so can’t add the html for the menu.    I am using Weaver Xtreme Plus 1.3

    Go to Appearance > Menus , then open screen options at the top, and check all the options you need.
    WordPress hides a bunch of extra stuff in there in every admin page 🙂
