Centering/positioning Link Buttons

For desktop browsers, I want to have the buttons in two rows with four buttons on each row. Ideally, on mobile this will be four rows with 2 buttons per row.

This part seems to be working, but I want the buttons grouped all together in the center of the page.

Currently, with everything I have tried, the buttons remain left-justified.

Add the rule below to the theme Custom CSS Rule box

.weaver-buttons {text-align:center;}
