    The background I placed in Appearances>Wrapping Areas>Background Image>Footer BG Image isn’t centering on smaller screens. How do I adjust this?

    Add the CSS centering rule below in the additional CSS box net to it
    {background-position:center;}

    Weirdly, it looks like you don’t need the curly bracket in that box. try without (below)
    background-position:center;
