Right now what I see is an empty widget area above the menu.
Any reason the widget area is empty?
We cant evaluate dead space until there is content in the widget area, then if there is too much somewhere we can see how to reduce it.
As to move the header widget area, if you have the Xtreme Plus plugin, you can do that.
You can also use the secondary menu instead of the primary to change the order.
