You did not answer my question. Are you using an optimization plugin.
Also, when you open your site on a desktop, do you see the mobile view like me?|
It is recognized as large fonts and the hamburger menu at the top left (3 bars)
If you do see the mobile view on desktop, try deactivating ALL non weaver plugins and see if the issue disappears. If it does, reactivate one by one.
