When I say the page doesn’t load, what I get is a message from my phone browser that says we can’t access the page you are trying to reach, refresh, try again later.
You can refresh until the cows come home and the page never comes up. Not a traffic issue.

The answer is weaver xtreme (not Plus) version 4.2.2 and verified the support plugin is 4.0.3.

I have spent a lot of time talking to my host (godaddy) experts. They ran some diagnostics and determined the problem isn’t with them on their side, said they tried it on i phone and page loaded. This was after I deactivated most of my plugins.
So the guy said probably not a theme issue either, but maybe problem with my phone.
HOWEVER, in my google analytics, my traffic hasn’t been showing any tablets or mobile devices, just PC.
Once again, thank you for helping. Maybe I’ve inadvertently messed up my theme??
I did start dismantling my home page, etc, thinking maybe I had too much stuff on it making it hard to load, but it didn’t make a difference.
