In most themes the Display Options have been moved from WooCommerce to the Customizer but I cannot see the Settings for the that.(where you set the Images sizes etc.) Is it not available?
You are going to have to provide more details here and a link to a page showing what image you are speaking of
If speaking of the posts featured images, the theme Featured image settings in the customizer are in
Customizing ▸ Images > Post Specific
If speaking of something specific to Woocommerce you need to speak with them.
