Weaver xtreme – theme options- individual widgets – more space between title and text

Hi,
I would like to get some more space between title and text. I find this nowhere in the theme options.
Do I need to specify this in a CSS file? Which CSS file this would be?

It’s always the space between textblock and small headline in the right sidebar.

This is a widget title, to add space under that, put the rule below in Main Options > Sidebar & Layout > Individual widgets > Widget Title BG CSS+ box

{margin-bottom:1.5em;}

Using the value that works for you.
