The licensing plugin WeaverTheme uses was very recently auto-updated by WP to a major new version. Normally we don’t find it critical to check on the status of the shop.weavertheme.com as it run very smoothly for a long time.
But the recent update was a major update (v2.whater to V3.0). This required a complete update of the database which required manual intervention by the site admin. Just completed the update, and all now seems back to normal on the Purchase History page.
