I assume this was due to a serious security risk? I can’t find any info on why.
Can you explain why it was removed, and are there plans to fix whatever caused it to be removed?
I use Weaver on all my sites and I would like to know whether I should take the time to review all of them to see whether or not they are actually making use of that plugin.

I want to use the Weaver Show Posts plugin for a new website. But it is not available anymore.
Looking forward to hear when it will be back.It would be nice to hear from @weaver to understand if the removal is some automatic WordPress things when not updated for a while, or a deliberate action from weaver, and if so what does it means for people using it currently.

I’m also currently using the Show Posts plugin on 200+ pages, so I’m keen to hear what the solution is.
Sorry for the long deley. I’ve had some big computer problems the past 10 days or so, and have neglected this Forum.
Show Posts was deleted from WP because it had not been updated for a long time. It has not been updated for a long time because it really is outdated and has some issues I don’t currently have the resources to bring it up to current standards.
As far as I know, there are no significant security issues, but there might be. I might be able to update it sometime in the next few months if there are real issues.

There is a copy of the latest version available from the Weaver Xtreme Theme site.
I am confused. Will this plugin be updated? I have been using this on a couple of sites for years and have no problems with it, but like others did receive a message from WordFence “The Plugin “Weaver Show Posts” has been removed from wordpress.org but is still installed on your site.”
I will likely make a few updates with the security standards that have tightened and re-upload it withing a few weeks.
@Weaver That sounds really good. Over the past few days, the warnings about the current version also significantly increased in many of my tools in WordPress, including Wordfence and Really Simple Security: ‘You have 1 medium-risk vulnerability. Please take appropriate action.’ So awesome if an update is available very soon – as I would rather not remove Show Posts on all my 200+ pages.

On one site where I use Weaver Show Posts the plugin crashes the page. But on other pages there is no problem.
It would be really great if that fix will be available soon.
