Weaver Show Posts Options save yields an error often

We have a lot of show posts settings, but when I try to edit them, I often see this error:

WARNING: invalid form submit detected (atw_posts_save_filter_opts). Probably caused by session time-out, or, rarely, a failed security check. Please contact WeaverTheme.com if you continue to receive this message.

This is on a news website with a lot of posts, inkfreenews.com

UPDATE:  When I refreshed the page, I noticed it was loading for a very long time.  On chrome, I saw a spinning icon on the tab.  I waited until that finished whatever it was doing (2minutes or more), and then made the adjustment to the settings and saved without getting the error message.

You may have had a slow access to your host server (ISP, or host server fault)
