Weaver II upgrade

Hi there

I manage a site for a community group. I took it over from the person who developed it about 10 years ago. It uses Weaver II Pro, which I know is obsolete and needs to be upgraded. I have read the information in the conversion guide, however, the problem is that I have very basic skills and not sure that I’m up for the task! I’m wondering if it would be easier to develop a new site from scratch using Weaver extreme? Be grateful for any advice on this.

This is indeed very basic and standard, I suggest you just switch to Xtreme, select a sub-theme that is the closest to what you have now, and start tweaking from there.

If you run into problems, come back here with detail questions.

And remember you can always switch back to Weaver II when not working on it, and until you get it right

And take a chance to revisit the styling based on more modern concept like Full with as explained in the guide article below
