    I want to put the video running on header part of side. 
    Here is example of site:  


    Any idea how to do ; please suggest.

    The link you provided looks more like someone’s landing page. A header is a banner, title, etc. at the top of the site.

    Full screen bg videos is what is called “Plugin Territory” – not really allowed in themes by WP.

    The plugin mb.YTPlayer background video will display full size BG YouTube videos on a page.

    Then you can use Xtreme HTML Insertion areas like Header HTML or the Header Widget Area, or if you have Plus, Advanced options > HTML Insertion areas

    As I recall, the plugin handles it all – will display on the home page. It also seems to have a shortcode supported.
