    Hi,

    I’m using an iframe as a header replacement on the home page of this site: https://gazzolocreative.net/ but it disappears when upgrading to 5.0.6. I had reported this problem previously on a different site (which will need upgrading too) and weaver was able to fix it with version 4.4.8 but it looks like it didn’t get transferred to 5.0.6. Site referenced has been restored to 4.4.8

    Thanks,

    Cathy

    When you upgrade to 5.0.6, have you gone to the Header Image replacement box and checked if the HTML for the iframe was actually gone?

    If so have you simply tried to put the iframe HTML back in that box?

    The code is there in the editor, it’s just not showing on the page. There is no reference to it in View Source either.

    I tried and it does seem like the header Image HTML replacement does not accept iframes anymore.

    @weaver
    , I tried to add the Iframe HTML she has on her 4.4.8 site below to my Header Image HTML replacement on 5.0.6, and indeed it does not show up on the public site

    <iframe src="https://gazzolocreative.net/become-a-storm-warrior/" width="100%" height="800"></iframe>

    Do you know why?

    This is indeed a bug. It was the result of making some of the Weaver Xtreme custom html fields more secure, but the code was not updated properly for all instances.

    I will not release a new 5.0.7 version yet, but there is a new 5.0.6.1 “Bleeding Edge” version link at https://weavertheme.com/current-versions/ (at the bottom) that can be downloaded that fixes the issue. Eventually there will be a 5.0.7 that will include this fix and likely others.

    Thanks @weaver for fixing and @scrambler for testing.
