Upgraded to Weaver 3.0.3 and site is now broken

Yesterday I upgraded to Weaver Xtreme 3.0.3 and now my site is broken with only the header showing.

Note: I’m also using a Weaver Child Theme.

What happens if you switch to Xtreme instead of the child theme, does the site display in full?

I just tried it and the problem remains.

Can you try to switch to a different theme
Make sure the site shows in full
Delete Xtreme completely
Deactivate and delete Xtreme theme support plugin too
If you have “Plus” deactivate and delete that too
Reinstall Xtreme from WordPress .org
Reinstall Xtreme theme support and “plus”

I tried one of my other Weaver sites where i also upgraded and it returns this error message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function weaverx_the_custom_logo() in /home/sourcep6/public_html/ppt/wp-content/themes/weaver-extreme-child/header.php on line 149

If I do a delete and reinstall won’t I lose all my custom settings????

btw – when I activate another theme the site works perfectly.

Settings are in the database, and not the theme directory. You will not lose settings.

I’m not sure when the function ‘weaverx_the_custom_logo’ was included, but it is NOT include with Weaver Xtreme V3. I don’t know why at this moment, but that is the issue. The child theme will need to be updated.

UPDATE: That function was in V2. You can fix the child by changing it to just the_custom_logo().

I changed ‘weaverx_the_custom_logo’ to ‘the_custom_logo’ and all is well!
