Unwanted green horizontal line across my header.

In my header I have a green line across the page.
Can be seen at http://www.sopacameraclub.com/
I can’t seem to find a way to change the color or get rid of the line.  Can anyone help with this?  Seems it should be an option somewhere.

You are using a sub theme that has a number of Custom CSS rule for styling beyond the theme options.

These rules are probably in Main Options > Fonts & Custom > Custom CSS Rule box

The one you want to delete is

h3.widget-title{border-bottom: 2px solid #07D900;} /* matching for widget titles */
