    If there a conflict in the theme that prevents tinymce from loading?

    Not that we know of.

    Make sure to deactivate ALL non weaver plugins and see if that fixes your issues

    I had a problem with TinyMCE Widget and WeaverX, but it turned out to be a conflict with another plug-in, Media File Manager Advanced.
