Site wide font change, and primary navigation menu background color change, show up correctly in IE but not in Chrome.
    Any suggestions?

“Correctly” is not very meaningful. Using that link, I see essentially exactly the same thing on Chrome and Edge. I don’t have IE available at the moment. Which version of IE to you mean – 11 is the “standard” IE.

Weaver, Thanks. BTW, really like your theme because of its flexibility. Got Plus also have not used it fully yet.
On my Surface, Chrome looks slightly different than IE/Edge. However I checked on another machine and Chrome looks according to the site parameters for menu color and site font size. Perhaps  my Chrome settings are somehow overriding the site settings?

Use chrome browser developer tools to inspect the elements that are “different” to see it=f their CSS styling actually is.

Basically in each chrome browser, right click on the element and select Inspect elements, then in the window that opens up, check the CSS properties matching the style you see different color or font-size.

But font size can definitely be affected by browser specific settings or zoom factor.
Color on the other hand should not
