taking triangular “tabs” off the main menu

Hi Everyone,

My site is http://www.youreastvalerealtor.com.

Here is my issue:

My main menu bar contains parent pages by themselves (i.e. “Real Estate FAQ’s”), and parent pages with sub-pages (such as the “Forum” parent page, which also has “Forum FAQ’s” as a sub/child page).

For the menu: on a parent page with a sub-page, the menu indicates that there is a sub-page under the parent page with a little triangular symbol next to the name of the parent page.

Is there any way to remove the little triangle from parent pages with sub-pages so all the pages look like “Real Estate FAQ’s” with no triangle to indicate a sub-page?
