    I might have missed something here but how do I change the symbol between links in the Breadcrumbs?

    I believe you will need to look into plugins for that

    The theme sets the delimiter using a WordPress filter:

    $delimiter = apply_filters( ‘weaverx_breadcrumb_delimiter’, ‘→’ );

    You could create a child theme with a filter that overrides the default ‘weaverx_breadcrumb_delimiter’ character in the  child functions.php file.

    Weaver Xtreme also can use the Yoast SEO breadcrumb capability.  Simply setup and enable Yoast Breadcrumbs within the Yoast plugin.

    @weaver could the filter be placed in the Theme Action and filter box?

    But @weaver, If I paste your code below in the box, it breaks the website. Any correction on the exact syntax to put in there.

    $delimiter = apply_filters( ‘weaverx_breadcrumb_delimiter’, ‘→’ );

    Sorry – that’s the same old forum editor changing the pasted quotation marks from single apostrophe to up/down “balanced” quotation marks problem.

    And one would not use that code anyway – you have to create a function / add_filter pair as described here:

    add_filter()

    For example:

    function my_breadcrumb_delimiter( $default ) {
    return '>'; // character(s) to use as replacement delimiter
    }
    add_filter( 'weaverx_breadcrumb_delimiter', 'my_breadcrumb_delimiter' );

    That works, thanks!
