ParticipantI am using most current Xtreme theme and most current WordPress and I “think” this problem is new, but I usually use Chrome, so I cannot be positive. The site has been up a few months and I don’t recall seeing this until recently. My site title is a shade of red (#b30000) and it works fine in Chrome. However, if I look at the site in Firefox, it shows a shade of blue (#0000ee) but when I put mouse over it, the reddish color shows, but only while mouse is there. If I look at site in IE, it starts as the blue color, but after pressing F5, it then shows the reddish color consistently. I inspected via Firefox and noticed this line of code in style-weaverx-min.css: a {color: #00E;} If I overtype it to #b30000 the site now works properly in Firefox, but my CSS skills are limited and I’m not sure how to put an override in the Custom CSS field. This seems to be a bug in the theme, but that’s a bit over my head. I will appreciate any advice on how to overcome this issue. The site is http://markvenesky.com Thanks, much,

ModeratorDid you set the color in Main Options > Header > Site Title / Tagline > Site Title text color box ?

ParticipantWell, I solved it. I set this in custom CSS section:
a:visited {color: #b30000;}Somehow Firefox and IE were seeing the link as visited. There may be a better fix, but this seems to work okay. Thanks for listening. If there is a better fix, I’ll appreciate it.Regards, davidMay 27, 2015 at 17:20 UTC #22249dskirk
ParticipantNo, I set the site title color, but not the tagline color because the tagline seemed to automatically appear in the same color as site title. However, I tried that and it WORKS. I removed my CSS override. I admit, though, that it’s something I never would have guessed. Thanks much for the better answer as I like to avoid overrides as much as possible.
