I want to have a link in the secondary menu that goes to a page on another website and can’t figure out how to do that.
Can anyone help?

That is a standard WP function, and not theme related.
In “Edit Menus” and under “Add menu items” select “Custom Links” and insert your required URL and the link title as you require.
