Second row of editing buttons disappeared

I am a basic user and the editing menu (buttons) have changed.  I tried resetting to default through the WP Edit menu, but there was no change.  Any advice?  Thanks!

Third how have they changed?

Have you clicked on the “Toolbar Toggle” button by mistake?

If you mean the second row of editing icons in the classic WP page/post editor, it is controlled by toggling the last icon on the top row.

Thank you everyone.  The toggle button was hiding among the other buttons on the editing bar on my webpages.  Got it.  It just wasn’t on the end any more.
