My Son referred me to a lady that has a very specific request. I am willing to learn new things and I really don’t want to look like a novice to this lady.
I have looked at the site she wants me to use as an example and I don’t even know what to search to figure out how to do something similar. Here is the site:

She loves that the pictures in the background stay static and the site scrolls over them. Can you give me an idea of what I would search to get some code to get started? I am wondering if there might be a plugin or something. I used the inspect option and it talks about an overlay?

This is called a parallax effect.
Xtreme gives you two ways to create these, either using a page with posts, or using a shortcode.
