Remove grey area under blockquote?

    When I create a blockquote in Weaver Extreme, a grey area appears under the quote. Is there a way to remove that?

    The following CSS in Main Options > Fonts & Custom > Custom CSS Rules will do it:

    blockquote {background: transparent;}

    Note that this rule leaves the vertical bar on the left of the text visible.

    How do I remove the vertical line as well?

    Add 

    border-left: none; 
    to the previous rule.
    Of course, by the time you remove all the styling except for italic (and a little indent), there’s not much point using blockquote 🙂
