On AndyonLakeWylie the virtual tours are not loading after converting to SSL per the instructions posted last year. The problem I had encountered last year was mixed content, but now that the virtual tours are hosted on https:// and my website is https:// I don’t understand why I am getting a blank screen as shown in the link provided.
In a search of previous posts, I can see where someone else encountered a similar problem, but it doesn’t appear to have been resolved. To the best of my knowledge, the https is working correctly on all pages and images so I feel the conversion was done correctly. I converted other websites with this procedure with no problems. It is just these iFrames that I am having difficulty with.February 28, 2018 at 21:20 UTC - Views: 18 #53618
Please be a bit more explicit about what is not working. What iframe, specifically, are you referrring to?
It is hard to know what is broken without knowing what is supposed to work.
But, as far as I can see, the virtual tour link is opening a blank pop-up. The URL will play directly.
So what are you using to show that pop-up? That is likely where the issue is, but we would need more details of exactly how you are generating that virtual tour popup link.
Suggestion – make your site wider!March 1, 2018 at 05:15 UTC - Views: 14 #53625
When I click on the virtual tour, it says ” that content cannot be shown in an iframe” and give a link to open the tour in a new window that work.March 12, 2018 at 16:01 UTC - Views: 9 #53795Private Reply
