    When I switch to the customizer in Weaver Xtreme 2.0, the preview panel on the right displays the message “Nothing Found Here”. When I x out of the customizer via the -x- in the top left I get the message ” You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    How do I get this to work? I am using the latest version of WP.
    Never encountered that before.
    @weaver will have to comment

    Getting You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. usually means WP has lost track of your login status.

    If you can’t get back to the Admin page, try using:

    to open the top level.

    1. And what about the “Nothing found” message in the display panel where my website is supposed to be?

    That’s what I see: http://screencast.com/t/CmDblhas9
    2. Strangely, when I click on the x in the top left corner to leave the customizer, I get redirected from the site that I am in, http://thaihealingmassage.com/info, to this url: http://thaihealingmassage.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=WeaverX. That’s the main site, not the info subdomain. I made sure I was logged in properly, but I get the “not sufficient permission” message every single time I try to leave the customizer.
    The /info subdomain does not have a home page with content, but has dozens of pages. Switching to the customizer from the weaver admin option seems to pull up the home page which actually does not exist. So the question is how I can configure the admin options in the customizer if nothing is visible in the display panel on the right.

    You have something setup incorrectly in your WP configuration(s).

    If you try to go to the link you provided, http://thaihealingmassage.com/info, you get a nothing found screen – which is the one being displayed in the Customizer preview window.

    This also is almost certainly related to the failure to go somewhere meaningful when you X out of the customizer.

    From what you’ve said, you are not using the term “subdomain” correctly. A subdomain is a name added to the BEGINNING of a url – such as http://demo.wevavertheme.com. Under WordPress conventions, just adding a / to a url can lead to a version of WP installed on a subdirectory. But, you can only have ONE site per URL. WordPress does not support having one version on the root directory, and a different on under a subdirectory for the standard single site WP installation.

    IF you have a WP MultiSite installation, you can have it appear to have different sites on subdirectories, but there still will be only on real WP installation – installed as a multisite installation.

    If you really need a true subdomain with a separate WP install, then you must use a real subdomain (x.example.com). You can’t have two WP installations on the same URL, one in the root and one in a subdirectory.

    This is a bug in Weaver Xtreme 2.0.

    It seems to manifest ONLY if you use the yellow switch to customizer from the Weaver Xtreme Legacy menu from a WordPress installed on a subdirectory.

    The workaround is to simply get to the customizer some other way – like Appearance:Customize, for example.
