This is my first blog/forum setting up user role capabilities.

I noticed that the Post Editor only has a vertical scroll function at the Administrator level, and lower levels do without it and the text editor.

My question is: what controls this function? Is it WordPress or WeaverX or one of the plugins, as in is it a specific capability that I would assign through User Roles?

I am using the  User Role Editor plugin

I meant to add that I am also using WP Edit Pro.
I disabled it, and while there is still no vertical scroll bar, at least the menu stays put at the top of the window in the native WP post editor…
It appears I need to explore the WP Edit Pro settings further.

Not sure if there is still a question here…

The theme provides typography styling to the editor to match settings, but has absolutely no other interaction with the page/post editor. That is all WP or other plugins.
