    Hi

    I have a site with a menu that sticks to the top. Most of the content is on the home page with anchors as links on the menu. When I click on http://www.lemonadedesigntest.co.za/#solutions the section starts under the menu. Is there a simple way to move the position of the anchor down by say 100px?

    Many thanks

    The ‘Easy Smooth Scroll Links’ plugin works well for anchor links and includes an option to set an offset that does exactly what you want.

    I used it here: http://pinkertonclassiccycles.co.uk

    I am not sure I understand what you mean, but if you mean that the content is too low, this is related to where and how the anchor was inserted.

    You seem to be using site origin page builder for that, what I see is that the anchor place is done with an empty div with the id #solutions and a margin top of 140px, which causes the shift

    <div class=”destination” id=”solutions” a=””></div>

    You added the rule

    .destination{
      margin-top: 140px !important;
    }

    Hi scrambler, the rule was left behind after all my fiddling. The plugin that @thesurge suggested did the trick 🙂
