Hello.
Our company currently has websites running on <b>7.4.33 & </b> <b>8.2.22.</b> All of our sites must be on PHP 8 by the end of the year. PHP 8 is causing problems with something on our theme or plugin configuration. Just one thing is that the copytight doesn’t show up on the updated version.
Can anyone assist with this?

May I suggest that you install the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin and troubleshoot your sites.
This plugin will let you know what is in conflict with Weaver Xtreme without interfering with the live sites.
Given the number of sites running Xtreme and PHP 8.x without issues, it is likely that this is a conflict with one of your plugins which needs to be updated.
That said, it may be an old plugin which is no longer supported (updated) and cannot cope with PHP 8. In that case, you will need to replace it.

OK we found out that it is a Widget Shortcode plugin. It was one I found free years ago while searching for plugins from the Add New Plugin page, but it has since disappeared. Does anyone have a substitute for this plugin? Or know anything about it? I have it on 150+ websites and would really hate having to replace it on all of them.
This plugin was abandoned 4+ years ago and has security issues.
You may like to contact one of the development contributors who is still active on WordPress and see if he can help.

My only other suggestion is to find someone else who can fix the plugin for your personalu use, but on that I have no suggestions.
