Hello, folks – hope you’re doing great!

I have a test post here:

    pluginpoets.com/this-is-a-test-post-title/

I need to make the top nav menu with the logo and links full width.

    On:

Appearance > Weaver Xtreme Admin > Main Options > Menus

    … a note says:

“Use the Expand/Extend BG Attributes on the Full Width tab to make a full width menu.”

I go to the Full Width tab and check the following options:

    ↔ Container Area Extend BG:
    ↔ Header Area Extend BG:
↔ Header Widget Area Extend BG:
↔ Header HTML Area Extend BG:
    ↔ Primary Menu Extend BG:
    ↔ Secondary Menu Extend BG:

But when I save the settings, the above options become UNchecked again.

Maybe there’s a setting somewhere that overrides these options?

    Thanks!

In Main Options > Full Width, make sure that the One step layout drop down list is on traditional

Uncheck ALL options under that and save.

Then in Main options > Menu > primary  menu Bar > Align, select alignfull and save

    Thanks for the reply scrambler.

    I did as you suggested.

Now the menu is aligned on the left. But it’s not full width.

I think there may be some “container” or “wrapper” setting somewhere that constraints its width.

Any idea where that may be?

    Thanks!

Sorry, you need to use the align option “Align Full, Items centered”

    Thanks, scrambler!

Actually, the alignment I was trying to achieve is like the one on the homepage pluginpoets.com.

I have now selected “Align Right” and the result is very close to that.

I just don’t know where the extra padding on the left and right of the menu is coming from.

    No big deal either way.

    Thanks!

This reply has been accepted as the best answer.

Then what you want is “Align Full, Items on the right”

That will align the menu items to the right but keep the logo on the left

    That did it.

    Thanks, scrambler!
