ModeratorFirst make sure you are updating to the latest versions
- Xtreme Theme version 3.1
- Xtreme theme support plugin version 3.1
- Xtreme “Plus” (if you bought it) version 3.0
Next, if you are using a cache plugin, and/ or a Cache service (like Cloudflare), make sure to clear all the caches completely.
To be sure, test on different browsers and different computers
If you still have the problem, Deactivate ALL non weaver plugin, and see if that fixes the issue. If it does, reactivate one by one to find the culprit.
If the problem is still there, we cannot help without a link to the actual broken site. There is nothing we can do with just a picture.
So you will need to do the updates, and give us a link to the broken pages

KeymasterBut – do simply try reloading. It looks from the picture like a failure to load the CSS. This happens sometimes with bad internet connections.
That is also a symptom of a cache problem

Moderatoryou messed up the header by making the tagline empty instead of hiding it, and closing the gap using negative margin.
The proper way to proceed is to HIDE the tagline using Main options > Header > Site Title tagline > Hide Site tagline option . And remove the negative positioning margin of the tagline.
Then everything will scale down properly, and if you need more tweak we can address them once the tagline has been properly hidden
