    Is there a way to increase the spacing of the lines in the Navigation Menu Widget (on the left side), or perhaps I need to find a plugin instead of this widget that will allow me to do this?

    Add the rule below to the theme Global Custom CSS rule box

    .widget_nav_menu li {padding-top:10px;}
