ParticipantHello everybody, I allowed myself the privilege to start fresh with a new user 😉I was really baffled why the cache plugin still generates five different versions for each page according to user agent, if Weaver Xtreme is a responsive theme. I thought asking to ZenCache developers about some overseen issue. But it just crossed my mind that something should be changed right in the theme.
If I enable static-html caching on Cloudflare, there is still a few seconds delay for a different user agent, if that version it’s not cached on the root server. This is not good for browsing experience and Google PR.Ideas ?March 24, 2015 at 06:32 UTC - Views: 2 #20793Remus
ParticipantI think I have a remnant folder from Weaver II… ac-plugins This shouldn’t be in Xtreme, so I just deleted it !

ModeratorI am not sure if there are any questions in the above two posts, if there are I am unclear about them.

“why the cache plugin still generates five different versions for each page according to user agent,”

ModeratorIf you have question about your cache plugin, you need to ask them, we have no etail knowledge of the various plugin out there.
In what folder is the weaver-ac-plugin.php you mention?

ParticipantIt’s just the public_htmlwp-contentac-plugins

ModeratorThen I have no idea what that file may be but it is unlikely to be from any of weaver stuff.
Normally Plugins should all be in public_htmlwp-contentplugins
And Themes should all be in public_htmlwp-contentthemes
So not sure what that ac-plugins folder is about

ParticipantThis was built especially for Weaver II, but I assume other themes could use this feature too.To implement this in your case, you would take the contents of this file; modify the salt shaker to your liking, and save it here:/wp-content/ac-plugins/my-ac-plugin.php
(giving the file whatever name you like, so long as it ends with.php
; and it MUST go in this special directory).Everything is pretty much clear now ! Thank you for attention !March 24, 2015 at 21:28 UTC - Views: 1 #20800scrambler
ModeratorOK,
Xtreme does not need anything to work with Quick cache, as it is 100% responsive and does not rely on user agents any more.
