ModeratorFirst, have a look at the article below for all available areas and layout configurations
https://guide.weavertheme.com/layout-and-html-insertion-areas/If you need more help, please provide a link to your site, and let us know if you have the Xtreme “Plus” Plugin

KeymasterThere is no way to do this with options for the primary menu.
If the menu is short, the Header Mini Menu may be a solution.
If you have Weaver Xtreme Plus, you can have a menu bar in a widget in a widget area or anywhere using the “Widget Shortcode” plugin.

ParticipantHmm., So there is no way, in this layout,m to put the menu between the top white area and the large header image?
Could I change the way I set it up in order to achieve the same look?January 31, 2017 at 05:50 UTC - Views: 25 #32618scrambler
ModeratorThe “plus” plugin would be the easiest way to do that as you have plenty of insertion areas that could be used.
Without Plus, what you need to do is to Hide BOTH the Site Title and the tagline using the options found in Main options > Header > Site Title / tagline > Hide site Title & Hide Site tagline drop down lists
Use the secondary menu to have the menu above the Header image.
Recreate the site title and tagline above the Secondary menu bar using the pre wrapper insertion area by doing the following:
Put the shortcodes below in Advanced Options > HTML Insertion > Pre Wrapper Insertion area box
[site_title matchtheme=true]
[site_tagline matchtheme=true]And put the CSS rule below in the Pre Wrapper BG Color CSS+ box to limit the width of that area to the site width and center it
{max-width:1300px;margin:0 auto;}January 31, 2017 at 08:53 UTC - Views: 22 #32619bmackler
Participantwow great, . Thank you so much. ok, just a couple things.
1. how do I make it that the header does not underline.
2. how do I change the color of the header title from black to blue and not change the body text?
3. another question – how do I add html (a button) to the right side of the header? Its adding the header widget below the navigationJanuary 31, 2017 at 11:53 UTC - Views: 12 #32620bmackler

KeymasterOnce again, your are asking to do something that would be easy with Xtreme Plus, and essentially impossible with the free version.
You should consider saving yourself a lot of time and grief and just get Xtreme Plus.

ModeratorIf you want a button side by side with the title and tagline, without “plus” and its ability to create variable width widgets in any content area, you will have to code the containers yourself with divs.
It will look something like
<div style=”width:80%;float:left;”>
[site_title matchtheme=true]
[site_tagline matchtheme=true]
</div><div style=”width:20%;float:left;”>
Your Button HTML
</div>January 31, 2017 at 18:04 UTC - Views: 5 #32625bmackler

Participantjust one last thing. It seems that everytime I make a change to the admin I need to reset the content font style. why is that?
January 31, 2017 at 21:22 UTC - Views: 5 #32627scrambler
Moderatorwhat do you mean by reset?
Do you mean the setting changes by itself?
Because if so, I have no idea what could cause a single option to change…
