mobile view problem

this one it moves http://www.starfishtarbert.com

though both have same set ups

I don’t know what you mean. Both sites behave responsively for me. The 2nd site does have a different something that is putting up the arrows on the right side that do something which I can’t quite figure out what.

But I don’t know what you mean “fixed side to side”.
