menu with sub menu items wont show

hi all
another minor problem

still getting to grips with xtreme plus, I  have created 2 sidebar menus using the show_if and extra_menu
the menus show up properly  but the sub menus dont show on mouse over or click
i have tried the various menu type, only the standard shows and works properly with submenus
have tried the menu without the show_ if  but still does not work

this is the short codes i am using

[extra_menu menu_name='navigation' menu_style='extra' menu_type='accordion']
 shown 1st menu on  sidebar syntax taken from the help

[show_if logged_in=false] nav-out  [extra_menu menu_name='nav-out' style='menu-accordion']
[/show_if]
shown  2nd menu in sidebar

[show_if logged_in=true] navigation  [ extra_menu menu_name=’navigation’ menu_style=’extra’  menu_type=’accordion ‘]
[/show_if]
not shown unless logged in works exactly like nav out only a couple of extra pages

have looked at and disabled all css concerning the menus and still cant figure out what is stopping the sub menus from working
my test site is http://pgrac.stjohn257.co.uk/    only a few things left to do before transferring to the live site

any and all help suggestions welcome

A plugin could be interfering with the javascript in the theme.
The first thing to do is deactivate ALL non weaver plugin (including caches) to see if that fixes the problem.
If it does reactivate one by one to find the culprit.
