Menu & Main Content Vertical Spacing (While allowing BG to Show)

Hey All,

I would like to move the menu down about 10px from header as well as content down 10px from menu. If I add padding top/bottom in css it will move it down as intended but the bg will not show. What is the best way to go about this? The site in question is http://www.mapsautopsy.com/

To create separating space, use margin not padding

Oh, yea that’s because A records haven’t been changed yet. Sorry about that! That’s the old one. Will update thread when A records changed. Thanks scrambler!

Edit: Thanks for margin vs padding correction scrambler, below is code I used in custom and it did well for me.

}
