Making changes doesn’t work Theme: Transparent Light

Concerns:
WordPress: 4.6
Theme: Transparent Light

Before I couls easily make modifications to my pages. Out of the blue making modifications is much different now, click here to see it.
When I chose for adding an extra field all went well, but after saving the page the modifications are not implemented at the new page?

Hopefully I have made clear enough to you what my problem is and hopefully you can help me out.

First I had a problem when updating WordPress to 4.6, it lost all my WordPress settings.
To fix the issue I had to Activate a different theme (like 2013), Then Activate Xtreme back.

So you may want to try that.

You say you are unable to create a Custom Field. Can you explain exactly what you are trying to do and how you are doing it?

Thank you for your answer.
I shall try what you suggested, I am using Weaver II Pro.
Before I could make changes like here, now it is unabled and I only can make changes by adding a new rule.

What do you mean by “I cant make changes using the “per page options”.
Do you mean these options are not there, or that when you use them they produce no results?

EDIT: If they are not here, see Weaver’s answer below as the likely issue.

If they are not there, then you may be missing the Weaver Xtreme Theme Support Plugin, or it may be deactivated.
All the per page options are in that plugin, so make sure it is there and activated, and eventually, delete it and reinstall the latest version from WordPress.org

This is Weaver II Pro – if I remember correctly, the per page options are still integrated.

Be sure you haven’t hidden the per page options from the “Screen Options” pull-down menu in the upper right of the Post and Page editor view.
