Make comment button

My website is for music. Each song has its own page. I’d rather not have the clutter of a comment form and a listing of comments. I’d prefer a simple button that brings up a comment form for visitors who want to make a comment about a particular song, and another that brings up the comment thread for visitors who want to read it. I’m using Weaver II Pro. Is it capable of doing this? If not, can anyone recommend a plugin that is?

That would definitely require a plugin, or a child theme and a modification of the theme templates

I think I solved it by using a plug-in button that brings the visitor to a child page containing the comment form and listing.
