    I renewed Xtreme+, but the system rejects the new key with error “Failure to activate: Your license key has reached its activation limit.”

    I have forwarded the renew email.

    I did not mention, but I had put the old license key back, so I am at the moment operational.

    Above, you wrote “… if you didn’t get a new download during your renewal.” Is it a requirement to download another copy of the plugin (the version numbers appear to be the same, so I did not bother downloading it since it was already installed)?

    The key that is in the purchase receipt you forwareded to my via email shows as activated ,

    BUT it has been activated on: test.cynical.ws/

    So you need to deactivate from that site and reactivate on the new site.

    1. Login to shop.weavertheme.com
    2. Goto Your Account -> Your Licenses -> View Licenses
    3. Deactivate the license
    4. Reactivate from correct URL

    Weird since the test site has been inactive and is an entirely different domain.

    Regardless, this appears to have worked.

    If possible, please leave the thread open for a few days while I poke around and look for issues.
