ParticipantJust added my 47th site, renewal not due til March 2025, and it won’t take it. The site is ivycapentertainment.com.
Haven’t run into this before, did I miss something? Tried clearing cache, resetting the license, clearing all settings, now what?
Unable to activate “I removed the key from this” key. License status: invalid – no data for license.
<label class=”description” for=”ap_license_key”>Current Weaver Xtreme Plus license key: </label><input id=”ap_license_key” class=”regular-text” name=”ap_license_key” type=”text” value=”f4df55b4939a4451581e6595b2641bd5″ /> <input class=”button-secondary” name=”update_ap_license” type=”submit” value=”Update License Key” />
License Status: Invalid / Not Activated – The current License Key is not valid or is not activated.
You may have manually deactivated this site from your shop license management account – click the “Update License Key” button to try to activate, or you may reactivate this site on the shop account..
Your Key may have expired, or may be entered incorrectly. License server may be temporarily unavailable. Note: This plugin will continue to function, but you will not get automatic updates until it has been activated.May 19, 2025 at 18:07 UTC - Views: 84 #75731plumcreek

ParticipantAnd the error is back and the license never installed. I have cleared the license, deactivated and reinstalled it, same issues no matter what I do with it. Site is hosted at Bluehost and I changed from a different theme – no site, just a landing page – but I don’t know how that would be an issue.
Help?

KeymasterPlease send an e-mail to [email protected] with you license information – user name, license code you have. You could also try to login to your shop..weavertheme.com page and double check which licenses you have. As far as I know, there is no issue with the license server. In the mean time, your current version of the weaver xtreme plus should continue to work.

ParticipantThanks. Tried it this morning again and it went through. Oh well, at least it’s working!

ParticipantEmailed Weaver yesterday after filling out the support for a couple days before that so thought maybe reactivating this would get me an answer.
It happened again on a new-to-me site (rushriverlutheran.org) and now it’s been 3 days and no change. I had Hostgator reset the file permissions this morning, thinking maybe that was a problem since the site had been neglected for a while and the theme I replaced was Twenty-Ten.
Help?

KeymasterI’m away from my development environment. Won’t be able to follow up til next week. In the mean time, the plugin should keep working .

ParticipantOh FFS, went to try again and it’s fine. Once again the tech appears and the problem disappears. I’ll close the ticket again. Geez. Enjoy your time afk!

KeymasterIt could be an issue with the license server on the weavertheme.com hosting site. Seems to have been a bit slow responding off an on lately. Used to always be fast. I’ll check with the hosting company.
