Is it possible to add a hamburger menu to an existing horizontal menu?

Is it possible to add a hamburger menu to an existing horizontal menu, located under the header?

This is what I want to do……

“The Pioneer Woman” site has a horizontal menu and on it a hamburger menu that, when clicked, opens a menu on the left side.

That link looks like it is addressing the placement of the hamburger menu. I would like to add a hamburger menu to the horizontal menu on a desktop, sorry if I was misleading on that. I don’t see where to create a hamburger menu. Is there a way to do that with code, or do I need to install a plugin?

There is no way to do this using weaver options.

To have a permanent hamburger menu, you need to activate Smart menus and change the mobile menu threshold to a high value.

BUT then all weaver menus will have a hamburger menu.

So to have one menu with the hamburger and one without, you would have to create the regular menu manually or may be a plugin
