Images, some elements not now aligning center

I have number of WP installations, all essentially use very similar code.

Images, although content areas and post specifics are all set to {text-align:center} have now site wide ignored this and are left aligned

My custom css is working on all classes except one:

Link text

The custom css on this is:

.link_PRS_CERISE a {
text-align: center;
color: #fcd605;
font-size:21px;
font-weight:900;
text-decoration: none;
}I have sites which have not had any post edits for some months. They are fine UNTIL any change is made to the code, and i have replicated this over three sites.

I cannot for the life of me see what is happening but it only seems to have occured after the last theme update..

Custom CSS options seem to have been broken.

Weaver Xtreme 2.6.1.2 has been uploaded and should be available as it propagates from WP.
