How to fix #container horizontally on IPAD using Weaver Xtreme?

Situation: Extreme full width responsive background with transparent header, footer and content area with 1 column. The content covers 60% of background and is right adjusted.

In desktop this works fine.

Problem: On IPAD you can move the header, content and footer vertically BUT ALSO horizontally. This gives a very sloppy presentation.

With Weaver II-pro and IPAD the #main only moved vertically.

Question: What is the CSS input in Extreme for the is.mobile and is.smalltablet statements to allow the content area to move vertically only?

I do see an horizontal scroll bar that is caused by the fact that you used a border on the footer and put 100 in the width box of the footer Area options.

You do not need to put 100 in the width box, so remove that and it should fix that problem.
