    Whatever I type in the search box on my site, Home shows up if that search word is on the home page.

    How do I exclude the Home page from appearing in internal searches? (I still want it to appear in Google searches.)

    This really is not a theme option or issue. Try WP forums, or ask an AI.

    “To exclude the Home page from appearing in internal WordPress searches, you can use the “Search Exclude” plugin, which allows you to easily check a box to exclude specific pages from search results. Alternatively, you can add custom code to your theme’s functions.php file to filter out the Home page from search results.”

    That’s what I got on an AI search assist.
