    Is there a way to add HTML right under the menu bar?

    If you have weaver “plus” plugin yes, it is the post header insertion area found in Advanced Options > HTML Insertion areas. To see all the available areas, have a look at the insertion area page on the demo site below

    If you don’t have plus, give us a link to you site so we can see if there would be a work around
